Complementary Solution Providers develop and maintain software solutions for the transportation industry. These solutions require the use of mileage, routing and/or mapping for the complementary software's offerings. Software providers who do not market and license their own mileage, routing, and mapping software rely on the accurate data and exceptional quality of Rand McNally Commercial Transportation's MileMaker® and IntelliRoute® mileage and routing software programs.

Complementary Solution Providers cooperate with Rand McNally to build a high functioning interface that allows their software product to communicate with MileMaker® or IntelliRoute® software for the sharing of data and completion of mileage and parameterized routing requests.

Our Complementary Solution Providers are entitled to:

• Fully functional versions of MileMaker® or IntelliRoute® software for evaluation and test environments (subject to licensing terms and conditions)
• Necessary technical and sales training to understand the competitive advantages and unique features of Rand McNally Commercial Transportation's software
• Software Developer Kit (SDK) for particular platform and/or product configuration. This SDK includes:
  • Complete API documentation
  • Sample client code applications
  • Test data (where applicable)
  • Technical support
• Representation on our website, including logo, business/product description, and a link to your website

Solutions are available for UNIX, MVS/OS390, AS/400, and multiple Win32 Client/Server architectures.

We acknowledge that our licensees appreciate the opportunity to one-stop shop. When making decisions about transportation fleet management, freight bill rating, or supply chain management software, our licensees prefer to review a proposal inclusive of a preferred mileage and routing solution.

We permit Referral Providers to present the MileMaker® and IntelliRoute® solutions to prospective customers as a part of their proposal. Referral Providers benefit from a strong relationship with our sales and marketing teams, leading to increased satisfaction from our mutual clients.

Our Referral Providers are entitled to:

• Fully functional versions of MileMaker® or IntelliRoute® software for evaluation and test environments (subject to licensing terms and conditions)
• Necessary technical and sales training to understand the competitive advantages and unique features of Rand McNally Commercial Transportation's software
